Is calendar sync two-way?
Yes. An event confirmed in Joinways appears in Google Calendar or Outlook, and changes stay up to date in both directions. Your venue planning exists in one version only.
Can I centralize WhatsApp and Instagram with my emails?
Yes. WhatsApp and Instagram messages arrive in the same inbox as your emails, attached to the right contact. You follow the whole client conversation from one screen.
Do I have to replace my current tools?
No. Joinways connects to your existing Gmail, Outlook and calendars. Your emails stay visible in your mailbox, your events in your calendar: everything is simply kept in sync.
How are connections secured?
Every connection uses OAuth: Joinways stores no passwords. You can disconnect a tool at any time from your workspace settings.
Is there a Joinways API?
Yes. The Pro plan includes API keys and an MCP server to link Joinways to your own tools, and work with your events, quotes and inquiries from outside.
Do my emails stay in Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Joinways syncs, it does not replace. An email sent from Joinways appears in your sent folder, a received email stays in your mailbox. You keep your mail client — and you can disconnect at any time.
Can I connect several mailboxes?
Yes. Each team member can link their individual mailbox, and you can connect a shared one — contact@, events@. Conversations attach to the same inquiries, whichever mailbox they arrive in.
Does the WhatsApp integration require a specific account?
It relies on WhatsApp Business. Once the account is linked, your clients' messages arrive in the same inbox as your emails, and you reply from Joinways — the conversation stays attached to the right contact.
