Chrome extension
Reply from the platform. Joinways sits beside it.
On Peerspace, Tagvenue, HeadBox and the other booking platforms, a panel opens next to the request. It finds it in Joinways, tells you whether the venue is free, prepares the reply and fills in the platform's quote form. Nothing leaves without you.
Three moves, from the page you already have open
No export, no copy-paste, no second screen.
Open the request on the platform
The panel recognizes the page and finds the request in Joinways, even when the notification email left things out.
Read the verdict
Free or already taken on that date, what the platform shows, what Joinways makes of it: a few lines are enough.
Reply, then quote
The reply is prepared from the request and the availability, then inserted into the platform's messaging. The Joinways quote fills in its form.
The notification email doesn't say everything. The page does.
The platform sends a truncated email: no phone number, sometimes no budget, rarely the needs. On the request page, the extension reads what is missing and completes the Joinways request. A field already filled is never replaced.
Is the venue free? The answer before you reply.
The panel checks the requested date against the schedule of all your venues and spaces. What is already booked shows with its amount: you decide with the numbers in front of you.
- A one-line verdict: free, or already taken, and by what
- Detail by venue and by space, options and confirmed bookings told apart
- The same verdict as in the app, computed on the same schedule
A reply prepared from the request, not from a template
The brief, the availability and your offer are the basis of a draft reply. You read it, adjust it, then it is inserted into the platform's messaging or copied. Sending stays your move.
- The draft takes into account the exchanges already recorded with this client
- Inserted into the platform's reply box, no copy-paste
- Every inserted reply is recorded on the request in Joinways
The Joinways quote fills in the platform's form
Once the request has become an event with its quote, the extension writes the amounts, title, description and validity into the platform's quote form, attaches the PDF or copies the summary, whichever the platform accepts. It never clicks Send.
- Fields recognized by their label, only empty ones are written
- A quote written on the platform comes back into Joinways, with its reference and amounts
- Commission and net after commission computed per platform
What the platform decides, Joinways proposes
Request closed, booking accepted, deposit paid: the extension reads what the platform shows and compares it with the request's state in Joinways. When the two diverge, it names the move that realigns them. One click applies it. Nothing moves without that click.
- The gap fits on one line: what the platform says, what Joinways says
- The proposed move spelled out: confirm, mark as lost, retrieve the quote
- Nothing is applied automatically
What the extension does not do
The limits are deliberate. They fit in four lines.
It sends nothing
No reply, no quote. It writes into the page; you click Send.
It replaces nothing
A field already filled, in Joinways or on the platform, stays as it is.
It only reads recognized platforms
On any other site it does not run. No reading, no panel.
It does not decide
Creating the event, placing an option, confirming: those moves stay in Joinways, one click from the panel.
Recognized platforms
The list is kept on the Joinways side and grows without updating the extension. Missing one? Write to us: adding it is one line, not a release.

What is a Chrome extension for booking platforms for?
Booking platforms (Peerspace, Tagvenue, HeadBox, Hire Space, VenueScanner…) send venue requests by email, then expect the reply and the quote inside their own interface. So the venue works in two places: the platform to reply, its management tool to keep track. The extension removes the round trip: it shows Joinways in a side panel, on the platform's page.
It is not an integration in the usual sense. No platform gives the venues it lists technical access to handle their requests, and the extension does not need it: it reads what the screen shows, as you do, and writes where you would have typed. What it learns about a platform, it keeps for the next requests.
The rule that organizes everything: the inbox decides, the platform executes. The panel does what requires being on the page: read the request, write into the form, report the status. Creating the event, placing the option, finding the client's history happens in Joinways, one click from the panel.
From the platform page to the quote, in four steps
- 01
Recognize
The panel links the open page to the Joinways request, by its address, its reference or its content.
- 02
Complete
What the email did not carry is read on the page and added to the request's empty fields.
- 03
Reply
Availability checked, draft prepared, inserted into the platform's messaging.
- 04
Quote
The Joinways quote fills in the platform's form or is attached as a PDF, without being sent.
Why an extension rather than a direct integration?
Because platforms do not offer technical access to the venues they list. A direct integration would require an agreement per platform, renegotiated at every change. The extension works on the interface the platform already gives you.
It stays under your control: it only runs on recognized platforms, with the account you connected, and sends nothing on your behalf. A new platform is added on the Joinways side, with no new version to install.
