Apaleo rooms on the event record, soon
The Apaleo connection is not open yet. It is being built on the same PMS foundation as Mews, which is connectable today: room availability and rates read straight from the event you are quoting.

Apaleo appears in the PMS tab of your integration settings, marked coming soon. Nothing to set up today.
Mews works today
Properties running Mews already read their room availability and rates from the event record. The Apaleo behaviour will be the same.
Read-only, like the rest
The PMS connection reads. It will not create reservations or blocks in Apaleo, and no inventory will be copied to our side.
What the Apaleo integration will do
The same block, fed by a different PMS. A residential inquiry gets its room answer without anyone opening a second system.
Availability on the event record
Unit groups, rooms free on each night of the stay, and the number sellable for the entire stay, in the Accommodation block of the event.
Rates read from Apaleo
Nightly prices and stay totals will come from your Apaleo rate plans, so what you quote matches what the property actually sells.
One connection per property
A connection will attach to a single venue, which matters for the multi-property groups Apaleo is popular with.
What the Apaleo connection will read
- Your unit groups, with their names and capacities
- The rooms free for each night of the stay
- The number of rooms sellable for the whole stay
- Nightly prices and stay totals, from your Apaleo rate plans
- The property timezone and currency
- Nothing in the other direction: the connection will stay read-only
What it will change, day to day
The residential inquiry answered in one screen
Thirty people, one night in June. The rooms free that night appear on the event record, so the answer leaves without a detour through the PMS.
The group with two properties
The inquiry lands on the venue that has the rooms. Each event reads its own property, so nobody quotes the inventory of the other address.
Why connect Apaleo to your event venue software?
Apaleo runs the rooms; the event tool runs the inquiry. As long as the two do not meet, someone in the middle carries figures from one screen to the other, and the residential answer is always a little late and a little uncertain.
The PMS connection removes that carrying. Availability and rates are read at the moment the question is asked, on the record where the answer is being written. Apaleo keeps the rooms; the event tool stops guessing about them. The Mews version ships today, and Apaleo is built on the same foundation.
And in the meantime?
The room answer still comes from a second screen, with the delay and the drift that implies.
The rest of the event work does not wait: inquiries, quotes, contracts and planning already live in one place, whatever your PMS is.
