Joinways was born in our own venues in Paris. It does what we used to do by hand: read inquiries, prepare proposals, keep the calendar.
Where Joinways comes from
In our venues in Paris, inquiries come in every day from ten channels, proposals get rebuilt by hand, and now and then a follow-up slips through the cracks.
One inquiry comes in through a platform, another by email, a third by phone. For each one, someone has to copy the date, headcount and budget, check the calendar, then rebuild a proposal from the last one. Every bit of retyping delays the reply.
Meanwhile, the same details live in three places: the mailbox, the spreadsheet, the calendar. The day one of them falls behind, a room gets double-booked.
We built Joinways so we would never have to retype anything, and we use it in our own venues.

What is written in an inquiry should not have to be typed again. Date, headcount, budget, needs: Joinways reads them, you check them.
One source of truth
A hold placed, a proposal sent, a deposit received: the whole team sees the same thing at the same time. The calendar no longer depends on one person.
You stay in control
Joinways prepares the reply and the proposal. Neither goes out to a client without your approval. Acknowledgments and follow-ups are sent according to your rules.
