Invoicing integration
Qonto wired to your quotes, from the first deposit to the balance
A venue that banks with Qonto invoices from the signed quote and collects on its own IBAN, with no intermediary. The deposit, the balance, and a quote that turns to paid on its own.
Your IBAN, no intermediary
Your clients' transfers land straight on your Qonto account. No third-party payment account between them and you.
One account per venue
A workspace with several venues picks which Qonto account collects for each. The default account covers the rest.
A connection that watches itself
The Qonto authorization is renewed automatically. If it is revoked, Joinways tells you and you relaunch it in one click.
What the Qonto integration does, concretely
The venue's bank becomes the natural destination of the invoices Joinways prepares from the quote.
Connected in seconds
Link your Qonto organization through a secure authorization. Joinways reads your accounts and their IBANs, nothing else.
Deposit and balance from the quote
Once the quote is signed, the deposit invoice and then the balance invoice are prepared from the event page and issued on Qonto, with the right IBAN and your own numbering.
Payment recognized on its own
When the client pays, by transfer or by card on the Qonto invoice page, the quote turns to paid in Joinways without re-entry.
What Joinways reads and writes at Qonto
- Your organization and bank accounts, with their IBANs
- The account that collects for each venue, chosen in your settings
- Deposit and balance invoices issued from the signed quote
- The payment status, reported as soon as Qonto sees it
- Never: an outgoing transfer or access to your cards

Two situations where it changes the day
The wedding deposit by transfer
The couple transfers the deposit to the estate's Qonto account. The payment reaches Joinways, the quote turns to paid and the date is locked without anyone opening the bank.
The group with one account per site
Three venues, three Qonto sub-accounts. Each invoice carries the IBAN of the right site, and each site's cash stays readable.
Why connect Qonto to Joinways?
Many venues collect their deposits by transfer, on their Qonto account. Today that transfer lands in the bank, and someone has to check it matches the quote, then update the record by hand. The invoice is made elsewhere, with a copied IBAN.
With the Qonto connection, the invoice starts from the signed quote, carries the IBAN of the right account, and the payment reaches Joinways as soon as it is seen. The venue keeps its bank, its fees and its statements. It only stops copying.
And without the Qonto integration?
The quote is signed in Joinways, the invoice is typed in another tool, the transfer is checked in the bank. Three screens for one sale.
A deposit received but not matched blocks what comes next: the client waits for a confirmation nobody saw arrive.
