Email, your website form or a booking platform: as soon as the inquiry is logged in Joinways, your phone shows it. Inquiries that arrive close together are grouped, and each notification type has its own setting.
Reply in the thread, with availability in view
The inquiry opens with the venue calendar on the requested date. Your reply goes out from your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, in the same thread, with your email templates. Then one tap confirms the event or declines the inquiry with a reason.

Frequently asked questions about the mobile app
Why does an event venue need a mobile app?
Event inquiries come in all day, and the person who answers them is rarely at a desk: on a site visit, in a production meeting, on the floor during an evening event. The app gives them what they need to reply: the inquiry, the venue's availability, the mailbox and the proposal.
It reads and writes the same data as the web, with the same role permissions. A reply sent from the phone appears in the event thread on a colleague's computer, and a hold placed at the office shows up right away in the app calendar.
Screens follow each device's conventions: native tabs and sheets on iPhone, list and event side by side on iPad, native components on Android. Anything that needs a big screen, like venue setup or billing, opens on the web from the app.
Does the Joinways mobile app cost extra?
No. It's included in every Joinways plan, free trial included, for every member of the workspace.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad and Android phones. On iPad it runs in portrait and landscape with a tablet layout: the list on the left, the inquiry or event on the right.
Is the data the same as on the web?
Yes. The app connects to the same workspace: what you do on the phone appears on the web at the same moment, and the other way around. Each member sees what their role allows on the web.
Can I reply to inquiries from the app?
Yes. The reply goes out from the mailbox connected to Joinways (Gmail or Outlook), in the same thread as the inquiry, with your email templates. You can then confirm the inquiry as an event or decline it with a reason.

Which notifications will I get?
The ones you choose, type by type: new inquiry, task assigned, proposal signed, mention, event discussion, email received on one of your events, and more. New inquiry notifications are turned on in the app profile; inquiries arriving close together are grouped.
How do I sign in?
With your Joinways account email: a one-time code is sent by email. Google, Microsoft and Apple sign-in are available too. No password to remember.
Does it work offline?
The first lists (inquiries, events, calendar) stay visible without a connection. Opening an item or taking an action needs the network.
