Simple, transparent pricing

A venue is one address: your property. Its spaces (rooms, lounges, terrace, garden) are included in the same subscription: up to 3 spaces per venue on Basic, 5 on Pro. Example: an estate with 3 spaces = 1 venue = $49/month on Basic. You only pay for another venue when you add a second address.

Per venue. Team members are unlimited on every plan, so adding a colleague never costs anything. Basic is $49 per venue/month and Pro $69 per venue/month with annual billing ($61 and $86 with monthly billing).

Per venue, per month, excluding tax. Basic: 3 venues = $147/month with annual billing ($183 with monthly billing), 5 venues = $245/month ($305 monthly). Pro: 3 venues = $207/month annual ($258 monthly), 5 venues = $345/month annual ($430 monthly). A venue is one address; its spaces are included (up to 3 per venue on Basic, 5 on Pro) and users are unlimited. Annual plans are billed once a year, at 12 times the annual monthly rate. For more venues or custom terms, the Enterprise plan is priced on quote.

You get the full Pro plan for 30 days, no credit card required: every Pro feature, with up to 5 spaces on your venue. When it ends, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. You choose: Basic, Pro, or the Free plan (1 venue, 2 spaces, 10 inquiries per month). Your history stays available either way. The trial also includes 3 e-signatures to test the full quote-to-signature flow.

The monthly plan has no commitment. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Annual billing simply gives you a lower rate ($49 instead of $61 for Basic, $69 instead of $86 for Pro). Your data stays yours and is exportable at any time.

Prices are shown excluding tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added at billing, based on your country.

Yes. Our team imports your service catalog, pricing grids and contacts for you, free of charge, usually within a few days. You don't have to prepare anything.

Three different things. Connecting a mailbox takes a few minutes, and your first inquiries are handled the same day. A simple import (contacts, service catalog, price lists) is done by our team, free of charge, usually within a few days once we have your files. A full migration from another tool (contacts, past events, templates, team training) takes about two weeks, with no interruption to your business. The pace depends mostly on how quickly you export and validate your data.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time from your billing settings. If you move back to the Free plan, you keep access to your data (limited to one venue).
