What is a venue, and what is a space?

A venue is one address: your property. A space is anything you rent out separately: a room, a private dining room, a terrace, a garden. The number of spaces sets the venue's size: 1 to 5, Small venue; 6 to 12, Mid-size venue; 13 to 25, Large venue; beyond that, a custom plan. Each combinable room counts as one space, and its combinations are not added on top. All of a venue's spaces are included in the price for its size.

My venue is always booked as a whole. Which size is it?

Small venue, whatever the number of rooms. A venue booked as a whole counts as a single space, and you set this once in the venue settings.

How much do several venues cost?

Accepted Answer

Each venue is billed by its size, and the amounts add up. A restaurant with 3 private dining rooms and an estate with 8 spaces come to $69 + $119, or $188 a month billed annually ($235 billed monthly). Three hotels with 15 spaces each come to $597 a month, billed $7,164 a year. Prices exclude tax, and users are unlimited. A custom plan is available for groups or specific needs.

Are there any setup fees?

No. You only pay the subscription for each venue, with no setup fees. Our team moves your data over from Excel or your current software for free.

Question 5

What happens if I add or remove a space?

Accepted Answer

If adding a space moves the venue to the next size, the new size is billed pro rata for the time left. If you remove spaces, the lower price applies at your next renewal. You can also go back to Free at any time, and your data stays available.

On Free, what happens to inquiries beyond 10 a month?

They still arrive in your inbox, but locked: you see the client's name, the date and the headcount, and the rest is blurred. They all unlock, with their history, as soon as you move to Pro.

Is pricing per user?

Accepted Answer

No, per venue. Users are unlimited on Free and on Pro: adding a colleague costs nothing. Each person gets the role that matches their job: member for those who handle inquiries and proposals, operations for the team that runs the event, and read-only for management or accounting.

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

You get 30 days on Pro with every feature and all your spaces, and no credit card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. You stay on Free (1 venue, 2 spaces, 10 inquiries a month, no time limit) or move to Pro at the price set by each venue's size. There is one limit during the trial: 3 e-signatures, enough to test the whole path from proposal to signature.

Is there a commitment? Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly billing has no commitment: cancel anytime from your billing settings. Annual billing costs 20% less: $69 instead of $86 for a Small venue, $119 instead of $149 for a Mid-size venue, $199 instead of $249 for a Large venue. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.

Do prices include tax?

No. Prices exclude tax; any applicable sales tax or VAT is added to the invoice based on your country.

Can you migrate my data from Excel or another tool?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our team imports your packages, price lists and contacts for free, from your files as they are: a spreadsheet or an export from your current software.

How long does it take to migrate to Joinways?

Plan on half a day to get started: a mailbox connects in two minutes, and new inquiries arrive already read in Joinways. Moving your data from another tool (contacts, packages, price lists, past events, templates, team training) is guided by our team, with no interruption to your business.
