How it works
You keep the client relationship. Joinways handles the rest
Joinways reads everything that comes in by email, through a booking platform, or through your website form, then takes care of it all the way to the invoice.
Every inquiry read
As soon as an inquiry arrives, by email or through a booking platform, Joinways picks out every detail. You reply without retyping anything, and none slips through the cracks.
See how booking platform inquiries reach Joinways →Inquiries sorted and completed
Duplicates are merged, and each inquiry is completed with the client's company details, then sorted. You see at a glance which ones are waiting for a reply and who to call back first.
Proposal prepared
The proposal is built from your templates, prices, and terms as soon as the inquiry becomes an event. You review it, adjust it if needed, and send it.
Follow-ups scheduled
Follow-ups are scheduled on the right date and the team gets its reminders, so no inquiry is left hanging while you handle everything else.
BEO prepared
The lines of the signed proposal become the day's run of show. Staff and vendors then get a link to confirm their times, and the caterer can suggest a menu.
Invoices issued and sent to accounting
Deposit and balance invoices are drawn from the signed proposal, then sent to your accounting software through a direct connection, Zapier or the API, with nothing retyped.

Connect your mailbox. For 30 days, Joinways reads incoming inquiries, logs them, and shows you the ones still waiting for a reply. Nothing changes in the tool you use today. Before the trial ends, you get a summary and compare the two on your own inquiries.
- Your mailbox, read-only
- Nothing goes out to your clients
- A summary of your trial
- Your clients and events come with you
- No paying twice
30-day free trial, no credit card.
What changes for your team day to day
Today, the inquiry often comes in by email or through a platform, the hold sits in a calendar, and the proposal is written in Word. With Joinways, the whole team follows each event in one place.

Joinways prepares. You decide.
The proposal, the BEO, and the confirmations are waiting for you, ready to review, and nothing goes out without your approval. Follow-ups are sent according to your rules.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we actually get asked
Joinways is the software for event venues, from inquiry to event day. Every inquiry, whatever the channel (email, website form, booking platform), is read and logged automatically. The proposal is prepared when the event is created, then the BEO and the invoice follow, with nothing to retype from one tool to the next. The same tool brings together e-signature, the space calendar, each client's history, and reports. It's built for event spaces and banquet halls, meeting and conference centers, hotels, restaurants and bars, cultural venues, estates, and coworking and flex spaces. Pricing is per venue, users are unlimited, and data is hosted in the European Union.
Joinways is built by Joinways SAS, a company registered in Paris, France (SIREN 101 302 198), founded in 2026 by its founder, Thomas Leblanc, who runs event venues in Paris himself. The product is available in French, English, and Spanish, and it serves venues in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
Yes. Each space (room, lounge, terrace) has its own calendar and availability. All of a venue's spaces are included in its price, which depends on its size: 1 to 5 spaces, 6 to 12, or 13 to 25. If you manage several locations, each venue has its own team, pricing, and access rules, and you keep an overview of all of them in one place.
Joinways reads the accounts you choose to connect, to spot event inquiries and extract their details: date, headcount, budget, contact. No reply or proposal goes to a client without your approval. Acknowledgments and follow-ups are sent according to your rules. Data is hosted in the European Union, and you can disconnect a mailbox at any time from your settings without losing the inquiries already logged.
Nothing is sent on the strength of extracted data alone. Each detail appears next to the original message and can be corrected right there. The proposal, built from your templates, prices and terms, waits for your approval before it goes out.

Your mailboxes connect in two minutes and you handle your first inquiries the same day. Allow half a day to set up your spaces and templates and, if you want, import your contacts, with no training required. If your data lives somewhere else (Excel, another tool), our team imports it for free and guides the switch-over, without interrupting your business.
Yes, everything you need to rebuild them: our team imports your service catalog, price lists, and contacts for free during the guided switch-over. You then build proposals in a few clicks, with the math already done, e-signature built in, and opens tracked.
Yes, on Android, and it's coming soon to iPhone and iPad. It's included in every plan. You get a notification for each new inquiry, reply from your connected mailbox, and follow the calendar, proposals, and reports with the same data as on the web.
One paid plan, Pro, billed per venue by size. Billed annually, it costs $69 a month for 1 to 5 spaces, $119 for 6 to 12, and $199 for 13 to 25. It comes to $86, $149, and $249 billed monthly. Every size gets every feature: proposals with unlimited e-signatures, inbox, CRM, integrations, API, and AI connection (MCP). Users are unlimited, with no hidden fees. The Free plan stays free with no time limit (1 venue, 2 spaces, 10 inquiries a month), and the trial lasts 30 days, with no commitment and no credit card.
Yes: you get 30 days on the Pro plan, with no credit card at sign-up. You connect your real email accounts, import your contacts, and judge Joinways on your own inquiries. The only limit during the trial is 3 e-signatures. When the trial ends, nothing is charged: your workspace moves to the Free plan (1 venue, 2 spaces, 10 inquiries a month). Your data and history remain available and exportable. You move to Pro whenever you decide.
No, the two are complementary. Your PMS handles accommodation and guest rooms, while Joinways handles the event side: incoming inquiries, proposals, space scheduling, and team coordination. With Mews and Apaleo, Joinways reads room availability and rates and shows them on the event page, read-only. It never creates a reservation or a block in the PMS. The Cloudbeds connection is coming soon. With any other PMS, the two tools simply run side by side, with no data exchanged.
