Connect Instagram

Receive your Instagram DMs in Leads. Connect in Settings > Integrations.

More and more clients contact you via Instagram. Connect your account to not miss anything.

Prerequisites

• An Instagram Business or Creator account

• A linked Facebook page

1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Find "Instagram" and click "Connect"

3. Sign in with Facebook

4. Select your Instagram page

5. Authorize permissions

Once connected:

• DMs arrive in the Inbox

• AI analyzes the content

• You can create events from messages

You can reply directly from Joinways. The reply will appear as a normal Instagram DM.
