Create and manage spaces in a venue
Settings > Venues > [venue] > Full venue & spaces: create and manage the spaces (rooms, terraces, gardens) inside each venue. Per-space catalog, availability, FAQ and see also.
Plans and pricing (Basic, Pro, Enterprise)
Summary of the three Joinways plans: Basic (no quotes module), Pro (quotes, e-signatures, public access, embeddable forms), Enterprise (unlimited signatures, audit trail, priority support). Where to change plan: Settings > Billing or Settings > Plans.
Configure your team
Structure your team: roles, permissions, access. Configure in Settings > Teammates. Workspace name and general settings: Settings > General.
Billing settings
Configure your information for quotes and invoices. Workspace subscription: Settings > Billing or Settings > Plans. Venue billing: Settings > Venues > [venue] > Billing.
Manage your venues
Settings > Venues: create and manage your establishments (venues). Each venue can have multiple spaces (rooms, terraces, gardens) configured in Venues > [venue] > Full venue & spaces. Per-venue: info, catalog, spaces, members, media, billing, request form, iCal. FAQ and see also included.
Email connections (Gmail / Outlook)
Connect your personal Gmail or Outlook in Settings > Emails. Team email and send/receive connections: Settings > Integrations or Settings > Emails for templates and connection management.
Import / Export
Import and export Events, Companies, and People. Formats: CSV, Excel (XLSX), JSON. Max file size 10 MB. Processing is asynchronous; track jobs in Settings > Import/Export > job history.
Notifications
Configure notifications for the moments that matter: task assigned, task due tomorrow, event confirmed, event assigned, quote signed, mentions.
Security & access
Settings > Security: MFA (TOTP), password update, email update, linked accounts (OAuth), account deletion. Account vs workspace, FAQ and see also.
