Plans and pricing

Joinways offers three plans tailored to the size and needs of your event business. All plans include a 14-day free trial with access to all features.

Basic

The essentials for managing your leads, events and contacts.

  • Leads (Inbox): receive leads from all your channels
  • Events: calendar, kanban, list, tasks, notes, files
  • People & Companies: contact and company database
  • Reports: dashboards and KPIs
  • Integrations: Gmail, Outlook, Instagram, WhatsApp, calendars
⚠️ The Basic plan does not include the quotes module or electronic signatures.

Pro

Everything in Basic, plus conversion and invoicing tools.

  • Full quotes module: creation from catalog, customization, sending
  • Electronic signature: 30 signatures per venue per month
  • Invoicing: generate invoices from signed quotes (via Stripe)
  • Public event access: read-only link for your clients
  • Embeddable lead form: integrate on your website
  • BEO (function sheet): initialize from quote lines

The Pro plan is billed per venue per month.

Enterprise

For organizations with advanced needs in volume, security or support.

  • Unlimited electronic signatures
  • Full audit trail
  • Priority support
  • Dedicated onboarding assistance

Change your plan

You can change your plan at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Plans.
  2. Compare plans and select the one that fits.
  3. Billing is managed in Settings > Billing.

Choosing the right plan

Choosing a plan mainly depends on three factors: the number of team members, the volume of events you manage, and the integrations you need. If you're just starting out or managing a small venue, the Basic plan is sufficient. As soon as your team grows or you need advanced features (e-signature, detailed reports), upgrade to Pro.

Best practices

Troubleshooting

Payment failed?

Check that your payment method is valid in Settings > Billing. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different card. Joinways will retry failed payments automatically after a few days.

Feature not available on my plan?

Some features (invoicing, e-signatures, advanced integrations) are restricted to higher-tier plans. Check the plan comparison on the pricing page to see which features are included.

FAQ

Can I try the Pro plan before committing?

Yes, the 14-day free trial includes all Pro features.

What happens if I exceed 30 signatures on Pro?

Contact us to increase your quota or upgrade to Enterprise.

Is there a commitment period?

No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing.
