Reports & performance
Dashboards and KPIs are available on all plans. Custom reports are included in Pro and Enterprise. Measure what matters: inquiries, conversion, response time, signed revenue. Commercial and accounting views, by venue and by owner.
Joinways reports give you a clear view of your funnel: inquiries → events → signed quotes → revenue.
Reports overview
Where to find reports
In the workspace sidebar, open Reports. You’ll see a dashboard with two views and date range filters.
Two views: commercial vs accounting
Commercial view
- Metrics based on the confirmation date of events.
- Best for tracking signed revenue and sales performance (e.g. how many events were confirmed per month, per venue, per owner).
Accounting view
- Metrics based on the event start date.
- Best for aligning figures with your accounts (revenue realized in the period when events actually take place).
You can switch between these views using the tabs at the top of the Reports page.
Filters and date range
At the top of the page, use the date range selector to set the analysis period:
- Last 6 months
- Last month
- Quarter
- Year
- Custom range
All charts and metrics update automatically when you change the date range.
Metrics by venue and by owner
Depending on your workspace setup, you may see:
- By venue (charts or tables):
- Number of events
- Revenue per venue
- By owner (team member):
- Breakdown of revenue per owner
- Event count per owner
Typical metrics include:
- Number of events (confirmed or realized, depending on the selected view)
- Signed quote amount
- Monthly trend
