Quickstart Guide

The 3 steps of the quick start: business information, venue setup, free trial activation. Same flow as on /onboarding.

Quick start (onboarding)

When you create an account or a new workspace in Joinways, you go through three steps in this order (the same flow as on the /onboarding page):

1. Business information

Provide details about your business:

  • Company name
  • Logo
  • Event types
  • Sector
  • Your role

This information is used to personalize your experience.

2. Venue setup

Create your first venue (e.g. castle, hotel, venue, etc.):

  • Name
  • Address
  • City
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Currency
  • Timezone
  • Capacity

Then, in Venue & spaces (or Full venue & spaces), add your spaces (rooms, terraces, gardens, etc.) with:
