Managing People (Contacts)

People are the individual contacts you work with (clients, organisers, suppliers). They live in the People/Contacts section and can be linked to Companies and Events.

Where to find people

  1. In the workspace sidebar, open People (or Contacts).
  2. Use the list view to see all contacts (name, email, linked company).
  3. Use search and filters to quickly find a specific person.

Person detail

Click on a person to open their detail page. You may see:

  • Overview: name, email, phone, linked Company, role.
  • History: events they’re linked to (main or secondary contact), quotes sent/signed, emails (list or timeline view).
  • Notes and any custom fields configured for your workspace.

Linking people with companies

  • A person can be linked to a Company.
  • The person’s detail shows the company name and a link to the company record.
  • On the company detail, you see all associated people.
  • This supports B2B workflows (invoicing to the company, billing address, SIRET/VAT stored on the Company record).

Enrichment from leads and quotes

  • When you create an event from the Inbox (convert a lead), a contact is usually created or updated automatically from the email and AI-extracted data.
  • When a client signs a quote, the details they enter (name, email, address, company) can be synced to their Person record.
  • You typically don’t need to create every contact manually; instead, review and complete the contact record after conversion or signature.
