Available on Pro (30 signatures per venue per month) and Enterprise (unlimited). Not included in the Basic plan. Sign fast and safely: eIDAS, client flow, reminders, audit proof, status and best practices.
Electronic signature allows you to get your clients' agreement quickly and legally.
Legal value
Our electronic signatures comply with eIDAS regulation. They have the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
Send for signature
1. Validate your quote
2. Click "Send for signature"
3. A secure link is generated
4. The client receives an email with the link
Client side
The client can:
• View the quote online
• Download the PDF
• Sign electronically by entering their name
• Receive a signed copy by email
After signature
When the client signs:
• You receive a notification
• Quote status changes to "Signed"
• Signed PDF is available
• You can convert to invoice

Configure automatic reminders if the client hasn't signed after X days.
E-signature in Joinways
How the client signs
- The client receives a public link to the quote (by email from Joinways or a link you share).
- They open the link in their browser and see the quote summary (lines, totals, terms if any).
- If shown, they accept the terms via a checkbox, then click Sign (or Sign the quote).
- They may be asked to enter their name and/or tick a consent box. Depending on your setup, they might draw a signature or simply confirm.
- Once the signature is recorded, a confirmation appears and the quote status becomes Signed in Joinways.
On your side
- In the event detail, Quotes tab, the quote shows status Signed and the signature date (if displayed).
- The event can automatically move to Confirmed when a quote is signed, depending on your configuration.
- You can then generate an invoice from this signed quote (see the “Invoicing” article).
Best practices
- Verify the client’s email before sending the quote link.
- The quote link is usually unique and may expire after a period or once signed; only share it with the intended client.
